Shipping & Customs Policy
Last Updated: March 2026
Operated by: FriLar AB, Sweden (Org. nr: 5594993676)
This Shipping & Customs Policy (the "Policy") describes the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased from pouchfix.com (the "Site"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
For purposes of this Policy, "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to FriLar AB, and "you" and "your" refers to the customer. By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set forth below.
2. International Compliance & Importer Responsibility
Nicotine pouches are regulated differently in every country.
-
Importer of Record: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are the "Importer of Record." It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the products you are ordering are legal for import and use in your jurisdiction.
- Regulatory Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws, including but not limited to nicotine concentration limits and flavor restrictions.
3. Customs Seizures & Refusals
FriLar AB is not responsible for any packages that are delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by your local customs authorities.
-
No Refunds for Seizures: We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders seized or destroyed by customs due to local nicotine prohibitions, flavor bans, or your failure to provide necessary local import permits.
- Documentation: If your local customs office requires specific documentation for clearance, it is your responsibility to provide it.
4. Global Shipping & Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
We ship nicotine pouches globally using the UPS Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for all supported jurisdictions.
- Landed Cost Guarantee: For eligible countries, the price paid at checkout includes the product cost, shipping, and estimated standard import duties and value-added taxes (VAT/GST).
- Excise Taxes & Exceptions: In certain jurisdictions, specific local nicotine excise taxes, "luxury taxes," or "sin taxes" may be applied that are not covered by standard DDP protocols. If these additional local fees are levied beyond standard import duties, they remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is returned to us because a customer refuses to provide necessary local information to customs or refuses the DDP delivery, the customer will be liable for all return shipping costs and any non-refundable duties already paid by FriLar AB.
5. Return to Sender
If a package is returned to our warehouse because it was refused by customs, the delivery address was incorrect, or the customer failed to pay local excise fees:
- We will refund the product cost minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping charges incurred by FriLar AB.
- Refunds will only be processed once the package has safely returned to our facility in Sweden and the contents are verified as unopened and in saleable condition.
